PS3 Slim is real

So Kotaku just posted information about the PS3 Slim being official. So official that there is now a video out.

This thing looks really good. It seems Sony has taken into consideration all the things that the audiences have been saying about the old one. New non fingerprint able top. Instead of the little heat sensor buttons they have real buttons. Also weirdly no more back power switch, so I assume your not going to have standby mode anymore. They have taken out the flash card compatibility but really that's not a loss at all.

New system looks super sleek and the new low price point, and bigger HDD is super appealing. I wonder if this will help Sony get more PS3's out there and be able to compete a little better with the 360. Not going to say the Wii because we all know it's going to be in the lead forever.
